before we starting to build an aesthetic chest. Weneed to pass the requirement of doing 25push-up in a row with perfect form.
The shapeof muscle of each person is different due to the genetic factors. Therefore,the result could be different for every person.
Here’sthe five variation that we going to do.
1.     normal pushup(middlechest)
2.     wide pushup (outerchest)
3.     diamond pushup(innerchest)
4.     dip(lowerchest)
5.     incline pushup(upperchest)
you need to finish theworkout with 5 round and choose the rep as 70% of your max. (if my max pushupis 20, then I will do 14 reps for each variation.)
the rest time for each setis 90secs. The rest time between the round is 120secs.
you need to do thisexercise at least three times a week.
I promise you will see theresult if you stick to the routine.
